FishTank is a collective pool of diverse sales leads available to TD SYNNEX partners through the DemandSolv+ platform. It aims to accelerate demand through the channel by providing partners with access to a steady stream of high-quality, solution-focused leads at no cost. Partners can claim leads using tokens, which are assigned based on the qualification level of each lead.
How do I access and use FishTank?
To access FishTank, you need to log in using your ECID credentials, which are the same as those for EC Express. If you don’t have these credentials, you can request your EC Admin to create an account for you. Once logged in, you can review and claim leads, refine your search criteria, and update lead statuses in the 'My Leads' tab.
What types of leads are available in FishTank?
FishTank offers various types of leads categorized by their qualification levels. These include Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Higher Marketing Qualified Leads (hMQLs), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Each lead type is assigned a token value based on its qualification, allowing partners to prioritize their outreach based on the lead's readiness to engage.
